The OS upgrade really pumps up the Curve's media features, too. When we first reviewed the T-Mobile Curve, it only supported the "mobile" subset of buddy lists this is another welcome improvement. RIM's core market, the corporate set, will be thrilled by the inclusion of DataViz's DocumentsToGo, which lets you view and edit Microsoft Word and PowerPoint 2003 files. I tried it on a T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8320, which is the only handset the new OS is currently available on. Version 4.5 takes older models (from the 8700 series on up) and refreshes them with many new features that BlackBerry users have been demanding for ages-without reducing performance.
